Paraty Postcards
Paraty is a picturesque colonial city, dating back to the year 1600. Its port was the gateway from which the gold in Minas Gerais was shipped to Portugal. The centre has been declared a national monument, with its flagstone paved streets and Portuguese colonial houses and churches. It is a virtual museum within a tropical paradise.
